- YHYonas HowellSep 22, 20251.0This place is known as horrible by everyone who uses it. Packages from Amazon sometimes get shipped via USPS and end up here. They told me to add my po box number to my shipping address which I did and they still routinely send my packages back! On top of this the employees are rude and always act like it's a bother to help.

Simply put, I worked at thos post office years ago, my husband worked for the PO for over 40 years .We were grateful for a good job and respectful These individuals were disrespectful to a senior citizen and pointed to the door for me to leave when my mail was missing . Voter registration forms with my son's and my personal info that was placed in the mailbox for pick up. when I arrived home nothing was in the mailbix.asked the postmaster to ask the carrier if she picked it up since there was no mail.in my box and I saw the carrier delivering mail to homes that came before our delivery address. Where were the forms? She refused to accommodate me and laughed on the phone . I went down to the PO .. . When I said I may need a police officer to find the missing mail she said I was making a threat. She then called the rural carrier to find if she had the two forms and pointed to the door. The carrier had them just changed her usual route Not nice representatives of our Federal Government .what a disgrace

I guess they don't care if you get there before they close and they will only take customers that can be physically seen at the counter before the click strikes the hour. Then again, does it take 10 mins per customer? Since w 2 people inside in line, they must think it will take that long for each customer
