Instead of asking my name he said packages arent sorted yet. WHich I told him that is fine In just want to pick it up so I can have it for when I go to work. He wouldnt take my name down or anything told me to call at 10 which i knew that would be to late. I went down a little after they opened but it was sent out already and this was way before 10. If the guy could have just taken my name down so it could be held but I guess that was to much work for him. He knew it would be sent out if i called at 10 he just didnt want to deal with it,.
