I wish I would've caught her name but this one lady has helped me ship packages twice now. Both times she was unbelievably helpful in getting me the best and cheapest way to ship my packages. She is also very friendly. She worked on the morning of 1/15/26. This 5 stars is because of her service.

An employee by the name of Allison gets a 10/10 from me. Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me pack up and ship an item and helped me save some money on something I would have originally paid a lot to ship.

Monday April 19th.
I hope they can look up who worked this shift today!!
Had a woman I can’t think of her name TRY and help me send my save the dates. She didn’t even greet me. The first words out of her mouth were “you know what time we close right?”. Seriously!?!? She then proceeded to tell me pretty much how much of a burden I was and was slamming my envelopes and stamping them with aggression. I went to walk out after trying to help her and she refused and she said “you’re welcome” in a really rude tone and I said thank you a million times and even apologized before that! Will never being using them again. Inconsiderate and rude! Recommend to NO ONE.

The usual guy that works here is SO nice and helpful - 5 stars to you.
Monday I stopped in to ship out two boxes that needed to be placed in larger sized boxes for shipping due to their contents. They were busy but I had already waited myself, and was late to work to simply meet the hours of this specific location.
The lady working told me she was too busy to find me boxes to fit and did not ship out my stuff. So disappointed. The purpose of the USPS is to ship. If I had a box that fit them, I would have already had it taped up and ready to go but I did not.
I will be using my local UPS store to ship packages from now on.
