Poorly designed website would not allow me to put in forwarding address for final bill. I had to call. Called and I was initially on hold for in excess of 2800 seconds - yes seconds - which was in excess of 47 minutes! As I waited, time went down and up and down and up not progressively down. I understood the new board was supposed to have improved things. Nope.

The lady at the counter is always professional and extremely helpful. I’ve never caught her on a bad day. She has been the same way every time I’ve visited.

Laziest “workers” in the world. Have to park in the no parking zone (fire zone) to get pizza for punch. Zero respect for fire code or others.

I was yelled at and talked down to by a postal worker at the Royersford Post Office when dropping off a Poshmark order. She claimed I “couldn’t use” a USPS Priority Mail envelope and that it had “always” been the rule, which is completely false.
Poshmark only changed that policy on September 12, 2025. Before then, it was perfectly acceptable. I haven’t sold anything recently and wasn’t aware of the change, but there was no reason to berate or humiliate a customer over a new rule. A little professionalism and kindness would’ve gone a long way.
