  Went in to the Royersford store to buy some products where only one person was working the counter and when another person came to check me out the man seemed annoyed, didn't look or speak to me and when I finished paying he started to walk away as I had to ask for my bag which he handed to me still not speaking. As soon as I left he was out for a smoke break it looked like right away as it seemed he was annoyed a customer took time away from his smoke break. Just very unprofessional overall and hope it can be addressed

  Staples is hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. The store is always incredibly clean and well organized, which makes everything so easy to find and shop for. But what really sets this location apart is the staff—they are absolutely on it. Whether you’re mailing a package, returning an Amazon item, or asking for help with a product, the team is consistently helpful, efficient, and genuinely friendly. You can tell right away that management is doing something right because the staff reflects that level of excellence. I also want to give a huge thank you to Tom, the manager, who took the time to teach me about price matching. Thanks to him, Staples matched an Amazon price for me, saving me $10 and allowing me to complete my $100 purchase right there in-store. I walked out with a genuine Brother product the same day, which was incredibly convenient. While I love Amazon too, there’s something special about having a reliable store like Staples—especially one with such amazing staff. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!

  So after waiting weeks for my TSA Clear appointment, the morning of the appointment they send me a text message to tell me that they are canceling my appointment. Apparently the employee has been sick for weeks and, after calling, I found out that there is NOTHING they can do after throwing me and God know how many other people under the bus. Thanks staples. 8 years as your loyal customer. Not anymore.

  My experience at the Staples in Royersford is alawys positive. Associates are always available to help and very friendly and couteous.
