As I asked for assistance she looked as if she was debating on helping me! If people like this don't want to work & assist customers, they should not have a job here!! A friend of mine had the same experience with her as well. This 1844 Ridge Pike location is convenient for me, but i despise lousy customer service & lazy, unprofessional employees! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

I guess we looked totally overmatched and RYAN came to our rescue. He not only took the time to explain every option, he helped me download the printer app onto my phone. As I am not exactly computer literate, I could not be any happier with the help Ryan provided. In addition to the excellent in-store help, he also provided phone advice when the printer's app would not load. I absolutely appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by Ryan and thank him profusely.
