I recently moved and the change of address had an issue from the Postal service and they corrected it and followed up with it until it was resolved. I'm in Texas, prepaid package was lost and actually never even scanned in as received from me but AMY went above and beyond and located it and got it to the receiver. Was very impressed by her relentless search and her customer service skills are top notch with an absolutely pleasant attitude to boot. Don't know what yall pay her but it isn't enough as that level of customer service is a dying breed. Thank you Amy!!
