This lady was very impatient and outright rude, I don’t understand how she can be so miserable, trying to put her own misery on others, probably because she hates her life and works at a post office for a living. I hope this lady gets fired.

We were told they cannot take infant photos even though it isn’t noted anywhere online. I had renewed my passport here a few years ago and had a great experience, but the service we received this time was apathetic and unhelpful.
