- FFFleurAug 14, 20251.0NEVER go to this USPS for passports. This is my local post office and mailman Dan is amazing, so despite the reviews I had faith that obtaining a passport wouldn’t be so bad. REVIEWS DON’T LIE. When I arrived for my passport appointment the front skinny, light-toned lady (I wish I had asked the name for) verified that I was there for an appointment, however instead of assisting me she assisted the other customers that were coming in AFTER me. When she finally assisted me, I was turned away despite having all the required documents as listed on the OFFICIAL travel.state.gov website. The lady acted ignorant claiming my documents couldn't be used as a photo ID. A call to the U.S. Passports office confirmed my documents were valid with additional documents (which I had), but the post office's misinformation and poor customer service ruined the experience. I will not be returning to this location.

- KGKierah GillisFeb 21, 20251.0Do not go here for your passports. I had an appointment at 10:00 am I arrived 10 minutes early because I had to fill out the application. The skinny light skinned lady who clearly hates her job did not come out to assist me until 10:06. She told me that she would not be able to help me because I have paperwork to fill out and she has an appointment after mine. I told her that I was already here 10 minutes prior and she was very rude gave me the biggest attitude and told me she cannot help me and that I would have to reschedule. Don’t waste your time coming here these people hate their job and are supposed to be “government workers”. She should be fired so someone who actually wants to do the work has the opportunity.
