- DHDonna HowardAug 25, 20253.0Very friendly folks, but not very good service in winter months. Hit & miss deliveries when snow is on the ground, sometimes hold our mail and packages for days. We typically end up going to get our own mail & packages to prevent bills from being late. Also we notice a lot of times when the office is supposed to be open, they are closed especially in the winter months. No sign on the door or anything, just locked. But they have been great this summer.
