- RHRachel HaleDec 15, 20251.0I’ve never dealt with customer service like this. I literally just wanted to get 2 books of stamps & mail some Christmas gifts. The woman I dealt with kept insisting to upsell me stamps that I didn’t want to pay extra for and WOULD NOT STOP. Then outside of the standard speech of if anything is fragile, asked what was inside my package which they absolutely didn’t need to know, told me I needed to break up my package into two separate packages because of the type of items they were… which all it was is a book & cutting board. No I absolutely don’t need to separate them. So whatever moving on, finally at the end asked me if I needed anything else including harassment because that’s free. EXCUSE ME?!! So highly inappropriate!

- MHMichael HarmonJan 27, 20171.0Someone needs fired and seriously needs a mental evaluation. They are rude ignorant and incredibly spiteful. I didn't want to believe so many mistakes could happen but after I finally had enough and complained down at redlion it's been a nightmare ever since it's gotten worse. My packages frequently go from out for delivery to returned or forwarded to another state. My latest package was out for delivery here this week. It never arrived. They had it on the truck for delivery. It then went to Tennessee from there Tennessee Sent it back to Pennsylvania redlion then redlion sent it back to Florida were it was originally sent from. If you call them they can never give you an answer to why you have so many issues getting your packages and mail. All these people can't be wrong! I'm filing a complaint and asking for an investigation. I suggest that you all do too!
