Extremely rude employee.
March 31st aroud 12:20 pm I ws dropping off a prepaid UPS groundsaver package. I walked up to the counter, there was no one else in the store. The employee was sitting towards the back of the store.
She seemed bothered to get up from the chair and told me to use the self service kiosk. I tried to use it and it would not scan. I came back to the counter and again she seemed bothered to get up from the chair. I told her the self service wouldn't work for me and she replied that I was doing it wrong and try again. I replied you are not doing anything, do your job, scan the package and give me a receipt. She replied that she was busy with a customer (on her cell phone?) She finally scanned the package and threw it down on the counter and gave me the receipt. All time she used being rude took more time than just scanning the package and giving me the receipt.
This wasn't the first time this worker was rude. I will go to the Douglassville Pennsylvania UPS Store from now on.

The woman working today was incredibly rude. I understand that it can get busy and stressful, especially when you’re the only one working, and I was more than willing to be patient and wait. However, when I tried to explain what I needed, she was very dismissive and made me feel stupid when asking me a question about what the app said.
I had two Amazon returns that specifically instructed me to bring the items to an employee because I needed a box and label. Instead, I was told to use the kiosk, which doesn’t provide boxes. I’ve gone through this same return process many times before without any issues, so the interaction was really frustrating. Unfortunately Amazon makes their return process annoying for certain items when they don’t let you provide your own box and label.
I’ve had pleasant experiences at this location in the past, so hopefully this was just an off day. Going forward, I’ll probably try to come earlier to avoid the rush or use a different location.
