Though published closing time is 6pm, doors were closed, locked, and lights out 2.5minutes before 6pm (& who knows how much earlier before then).

I’ve been here so many times to return packages. Each time I come I normally have my package taped but this time I didn’t and nearly every return if not every single one they scan a code to print out the sticker label for me. The cashier was helping a person in front of me for 20 minutes. I waited patiently, no complaints because it’s normally busy when I come in. This guy, I have no idea if he’s a manager or what comes out and asks me if I just need to drop off a package. I said yes, but I need to print a label first. He says we don’t print labels, I said I have a code and he tries to say they don’t print labels but then says they do if you have a code. He sighs and lets me show him my QR code and makes ME place it on because he “doesn’t want to be blamed” in case he messes it up. Then I go wait, my package needs to be taped please, and he goes “Are you serious woman?! I don’t know if she [the clerk] has any open” The audacity to talk to a customer this way is beyond me. Even so, I said I can buy tape if that’s necessary, which they’ve NEVER made me do before. I was so flustered because he was raising his voice at me and I have never had ANY issues with this before coming here. He gestures to the tape and then while he’s doing the transaction looks at my outfit and makes a comment about how I’m dressed and going to the gym. Then, he waves me bye and I said don’t you need me to tape my package. He goes “NO, I don’t need you for that” and makes a comment to the person who was behind me about me as I’m walking out as if it was my fault? Disgusting and rude.
