- JMJennifer MinayaSep 12, 20251.0One star because I can’t give them none. Long story short: IF YOU WANT A PASSPORT DON’T GO THERE. Long story: I went there to get a passport for my son, they couldn’t get me a tracking number, just my receipts. After three weeks I decided to call passport office to ask, and they told me they didn’t receive my documents. I went to the passport office and they were very condescending, and they couldn’t believe it as if was lying (this was the guy with the braids). He came back and told me to wait for the old white men who only came to tell me that he will deal with it, and I can only wait for a callback. I asked AGAIN for a tracking number and they didn’t provide me with one. The next day I went there again and as soon as I approached the counter the guy with the braids said “that’s the girl from yesterday” so it seemed I was the center of some conversations the day before. The told me to wait for the old man who didn’t tell me anything either, so I asked for a supervisor, the same who came to me without even greeting me with “we can’t not give you any type of compensation”. Mind you, I didn’t ask for it, and I paid for expedited service. I was just asking for my refund and my documents so I could go down to philly myself. He was rude and talking over me all the time. In one point he mentioned that the package was on a loop. I asked “how do you know?” He told me he was able to see it with the traking info. I said “that’s good to know, cause nobody provide me with one”. Turns out the address they put on my package was wrong, I only found out when I called USPS main office. Those three men were rude, condescending, dismissive and were treating me like crazy or I didn’t deserve to be mad for their mistake. Mistake nobody cared. So, you already know.

Here the guy who does passport process told me upfront that I will get a additional information requested letter, that means he did not do his job well and expects the same from the customer. He took the photo of my baby wrongly and now I am being requested for additional details for my passport which I requested expedited. The guys even doesn't know the expedited process for the passport I had to tell him. Please go to any other nearby passport office which does photo and passport . Started my passport application at 1:30pm despite my appointment at 12:40 pm Pathetic service. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT APPLICATION

Nicely re-surfaced parking and lots of it, friendly and knowledgeable service workers guiding me how to spend less on package deliveries, etc. One just told me that they just got a super new mail sorter machine which will enable them to handle mail sorting for several towns in a truly efficient manner. She said it will minimize delays and losses. And now, you can rate the service you received on the spot before you leave! I have mine a big 😊! Also, you can use the self-service station if you don’t want to wait in line. You can also get passport services here, and that’s not true at all post offices. I took family members for theirs and had no issues. Another ☺️!
