- TGThe GeneralJan 15, 20261.0All the other reviews talking bout how horrible the staff is and how no one cares and delivering mail is such a miserable task for them is true , I had only one good experience with the people their and it was the lady at front desk before closing , every time I call they sound like their the most miserable people in the world with attitudes , and god forbid u lose a package , you’ll never see it again bc when u try to give em a tracking number they don’t even bother to try and run it like typing a number for 10 seconds will ruin their life and make their job a million times harder

And lied again stating the addressee could not be found. Even though the addressee was there. The true is the USPS workers don't want to do their job. It is a disgrace how low and far this agency has fallen.
- HKheather kJan 1, 20265.0I stopped in this post office the week of Christmas to see if I could gather any information about my package that had supposedly traveled through this location the day prior. Heather helped me at the counter, and she was very kind in checking their system and giving me more information about my package’s travels and whereabouts. She also gave me a very clear explanation of why it got rerouted, instead of being delivered. I also received a phone call from her the following day to let me know that my package should be arriving at my local post office a couple towns over, on Christmas Eve. That follow-up phone call was very much appreciated. This package was very special to me, and the item inside was not replaceable. I was very thankful to receive such kind and helpful service in this post office. The USPS should be thankful to have an employee like Heather behind their counter.
- TTTDec 20, 20255.0I read a lot of bad reviews on here, about this PO. I was here 12/20/25 in the AM about 10 ish. The Associates were very nice. It was not very busy. Maybe different employees caused the bad Reviews. I'd go back.
