The supervisor, Kim, is beyond rude. I called with a question and even tho I stayed calm and kind, she talked very rudely and disrespectfully to me. She interrupted me and wouldn't let me finish what I was saying, even tho I asked her to please stop interrupting me. When I told her how she was coming across and asked for an apology so that we could move forward with our discussion in a profitable way, she hung up on me while I was still talking. I have rarely been treated so poorly. I have escalated this to USPS customer service and filed a formal complaint. It will not be processed thru the local post office as it usually is, due to the fact that this complaint is against the supervisor. I am demanding an apology from her. If I don't receive one promptly, I plan to call in and talk with her manager. Avoid this woman at all costs.

If you like to throw money away or lose money with horrible customer service this is your place! They have lost packages and certified mail and anytime you go in there and speak to Mike. He refuses to Help, then you’re told by the supervisor that you have to wait until the delivery date, once that day comes you would have to wait 14 days to then do a mail recovery. (Which btw is never recovered)

I come in about once a week to ship packages and the employees have always been really friendly and helpful to me whenever I go. For me it's the friendliest usps location I've been to. The kiosk is handy for when you want to be an introvert.

Whenever I receive multiple padded mailing envelopes, they are constantly thrown (not placed) on the ground instead of putting them in my mailbox where there is plenty of room. Besides the laziness, you’re also advertising to everyone that there are packages sitting there waiting to be stolen. I’m sure there are some good workers at this post office, but the majority of the ones that come on my route are some of the laziest and most negligent post office workers I have ever seen. I get you hate your job, then get a new one!

The employees make the experience of something as simple as delivering a package miserable. The older gentleman at the front desk, who I believe is named Mike, consistently behaves in a rude and unprofessional manner every single time I go to this post office. Avoid him if possible. I truly wish the Reading post office were still open, traveling further out is a better option than stopping here. Maybe making the employees work environment more enjoyable would help. It seems incredibly bizarre that each and every time I’m at this post office, I’m consistently having a negative experience due to their miserable attitudes and poor work ethic.
