- AEAndrew EngleFeb 4, 20261.0We have not received any mail or packages for days despite clearing an entire space in the snow just for our delivery driver to park at, but apparently they can’t get out of the truck and walk a whole foot to drop off our mail. These are the laziest delivery drivers I have ever had the misfortune of relying on. If I could have everything delivered by carrier pigeons they would be faster and more reliable. What a joke of a post office

- HKheather kJan 6, 20265.0I never have any issues with my mail delivery, but before Christmas I had a package for my grandson take a rather unexpected route. It was supposed to be delivered on December 15th. I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to receive it, and I was bummed because it was an item that took me countless hours to find and it was not replaceable. On the night of December 22, I sent a message through the usps website inquiring about it. The following morning I received a voicemail from John at this post office. (I hope I spelled it right, as this name was taken from my voicemail text) He informed me that my package should arrive at this location the next day (Christmas Eve), and if it does, he would let me know. Christmas Eve morning I received an email with an apology for the issue from Khadidrah at this location. She said that my package arrived at the facility that morning and would be delivered that same day. I am pleased to say that my package was delivered safely to my home on Christmas Eve, just as stated. I was very impressed by the customer service that I received by the USPS this busy holiday season, and it was appreciated that they just received it that morning, and managed to get it delivered the same day. This routing error was of no fault to this particular location, as it occurred in another area of the US. I want to say a big thank you to all who helped locate and get this package to me on Christmas Eve.
