Bill is the most miserable person And rude. Every time I go there I have to hear about how he doesn’t care anymore. If you hate your job that much just quit. So we don’t have to deal with your miserableness.

The blonde woman working there was so rude. I was trying to ask a question and she was giving me a dirty look the whole time because she didn’t understand what I was saying. Terrible customer service!

I have only had to go in a handful of times but the blonde has been unpleasant every time. Super rude and makes you feel dumb. Also tried calling all day before going in and the phone just rings and ring. I call Wyomissing, they answered immediately and helped me with my question.

Blondie, the counter gal, has a very negative attitude. USPS, I seriously recommend that you give her a refresher for her lack of customer service skills. Read the other reviews. Dealing with Miss Priss is like dealing with the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. I'll go to the Wernersville or Wyomissing branch rather than deal with that poor attitude.
