The customer service is great though. They even honored a mistake they made and sent a hand written note in the mail to me apologizing and fixed the error.

Bill is the rudest man I’ve ever interacted with.. for having such a well paying, benefit provided job he is MISERABLE. Had a family member told to go to another location when attempting to mail packages at the end of the day, I came in with them the next day when NO ONE else was there (11am, well before their lunch break) and was told “this is going to take a while” with an eye roll and then every customer after me was told of me causing the inconvenience and wait. He also tried to antagonize and lecture me about my family member who tried bringing them in the day prior, I’m sorry to have made you do your job, that you clearly don’t want or deserve. BILL IS A MISERABLE MAN! By the way, the total interaction took all of 10 minutes, as he acted like it would take HOURS.
- DKDark KnightOct 29, 20195.0I've been to this post office several times and each time I've interacted with a "Blonde Hair Lady." My experiences with her have been nothing less than positive and she ways welcomed me, smiled and wished me a good day. Botton line: Blonde lady is helpful and friendly in my opinion. People need to understand that most of the time at least that I've gone there, she's been there by herself working. Unless there is someone in the back working which I've never seen she's running the show alone. Running a post office isn't easy work. (I'm speaking from running one on a combat deployment) I had assistance and it still wasn't easy, she in my view doesnt. I'm sure she has had a few bad days in the office, but who hasn't. Sorry for those who in their view had a bad experience, but again for me, everytime I've been, excellent service. She even provided tape when I've asked for it nicely.
