Also tried calling all day before going in and the phone just rings and ring. I call Wyomissing, they answered immediately and helped me with my question.

Read the other reviews. Dealing with Miss Priss is like dealing with the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. I'll go to the Wernersville or Wyomissing branch rather than deal with that poor attitude.
