    I shipped from here, paid $27 for next day. My package had gotten lost. It was in a 24"×12" thick brown envelope with address written in black marker on both sides. They apparently did an investigation & search and 3 months later deemed it "unrecoverable & lost", how do you lose something relatively big? I did get a refund, but it was pictures & posters & the 2 posters are irreplaceable. I should have never shipped them. Usually I just use the post office, I've never had a problem (which BTW is much cheaper too & usually there in a day or 2), but I had an Amazon return, so figured just send it while i was there. Trusted UPS more than that. I'll never use that store, correction, I'll never use UPS again, was my 1st time and never again.

    The guy at the desk just stared at me and sung about how he didn't wanna work while ignoring me. Until there was a line of 6 people behind me. And the other guy finally helped me.

    Very expensive for them to package...wanted $495 to pack and ship a 61" surf rod and reel to Maui. USPS charged $140 for the exact same request only it would take 3 days longer.
