  I was happy to see that UPS opened a new store in my area. I was immediately impressed with the efficiency of the business as well as all the extra services offered. In this day and age, it's important to have more of a one-stop shop.

  It’s a rare and beautiful thing when you walk into a store and are greeted by a staff that is knowledgeable of the services they offer as they are kind and helpful with your particular situation, that is the case with the crew at the UPS Store in Exeter Pa.

  Very efficient. Never had to worry about a package being delivered to designated location. And staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…ever! I came in to complete some Amazon returns and asked for help because I’ve used the self-service kiosk before and it takes a long time. The employee told me he could only process returns if the items were broken or leaking and that his manager told him not to do Amazon returns because he was busy and the only one in the store. I explained that I really didn’t want to use the kiosk, and he eventually processed my returns but was short and dismissive the entire time. When I thanked him afterward, he ignored me completely. I completely understand being short-staffed, but it’s never okay to treat a customer that way. Really disappointed with the level of customer service here.
