- WHWilliam HermanNov 16, 20251.0Everything they offer requires background check witch is there policy not the place offering the job let’s face it no dishwashing job is gonna require anymore then show the heck up no venue is gonna care bout background considering my friend works security for the same venue with multiple felonies in his record this people ready is a joke they don’t want people to secceed they thrive for you to fail that’s why they do the platform the way they do they already know the jobs that will take anyone is 80 miles away they know ur not traveling that so they set you up to fail they aren’t stupid they say here to help but they haven’t helped me yet worthless people need to be worthless in other careers cause job recruiters get paid to help everyone with 2nd chances so this agency needs to close its doors as I already verified there requirements aren’t what the job itself is requiring they lie I held a managers position for 15 years with a felony so don’t tell me a lower entry level job ain’t gonna hire you they lie and then worst part is they say ur not clear from the charge till probation and parole is done for 7 years that’s a lie I verified with a lawyer it’s 7 years period from the date of the charge and also let’s be clear I have held jobs in retail too with my background so again they just wanna hate on you

Waste of my time. I recently moved to Shillington from Dallas Tx where I had worked for Labor Ready since 2012. My Jobstack will not let me sign in or open it.
