The staff is always friendly and patient. Even with a long line they stay calm and friendly. I was there today (2/10/26)and unsure how to handle what I needed to do and the middle eastern woman working was so helpful and friendly!!!! 6 stars for her personality!!

He didn't help me but answer around not very helpful for me. He used his time to chat with the colleague. The answer from him is “I don't know” and he sounded in the hurry, but there was nothing to do. Also, there were no customer around but me. I think he was trying to make more difficult for me to complete of the mailing of my passport renew application. Totally, he was not friendly and had negative answers. He should either willingly work or let someone else to replace him with more helpful to the customers. Disappointed!
