My mom had some papers that needed to be taken care of and eventhough my mom's questions didn't have anything to do with signing the papers she took the time to answer them. I'd return in a heartbeat due to courteous and fantastic customer service!

Now that Amazon returns are customer scanned and packed, what service are they actually performing? UPS offers free packaging for all Air shipping services, but these employees refuse to provide this and insist customers pay for envelopes. If employees could deign to provide the customer service they were hired for, they wouldn't have to fudge their sales numbers through dishonesty. This store would be better served through entirely automated kiosks. Based on the store's response below, the employees' behavior is completely understandable. If management is unable to understand the issue is poor attitudes and attempting to overcharge customers, why should staff bother? I'd sooner deliver the shipment myself than give this franchise UPS store my business.
