  Kamalah is a boss! Even when short staffed, I have NEVER seen her be anything but helpful, patient, and kind....often while handling multiple people and multiple tasks at once. I am at this location often...sometimes daily. And EVERY time she greets me like a friend, helps me if I need it, gives my kiddos pages to color and treats...and I have to say I honestly look forward to my near daily trips just to have a chat with her if she isnt too busy. She takes such pride in her store - she cares. She wants to get it right...and it's evident in the way she interacts with her regular customers, treats my children with such generosity and grace, and is completely wonderful with every individual I have ever seen her interact with. Probably will see u tomorrow, Kamalah, lol. Looking forward to seeing your smiling face!! I know this review says it's by Liam Larkin...it's my husbands account, but wanted Kamalah to know who left this review for her... I just got my hair cut, you made me feel better about it when I was pretty iffy, lol...just so you will know who I am, and that I personally appreciate u!

  Kamala is the most helpful, wonderful nicest woman that I have ever met? She goes out of her way to help and is so pleasant to deal with five stars.

  I went to this UPS store with a couple of prepackaged boxes and a google mail that apparantly had prepaid labels and QR codes that did not display because of graphic restrictions that google places. I showed the clerk the email which clearly said that present the clerk the QR code or Trac number and they will print the label for you. The employee refused to accept the Trac number and said she will only accept a QR code. Is this really true? This is hard to believe! When I finally managed to get the QR code from that email, it had the trac number below the QR code, showing that the QR code is.The just a visual representation of the trac number.The employee just did not want to take the extra step to enter the trac number into the system and print the label.

  EDIT:OCT 20,2025: In response to the lame "apology" if you want to call it that, from the store, I'm disturbed by the fact that I'M BEING ATTACKED before they even say sorry. You know why? Cause they're NOT SORRY. I was the problem? I was being annoying? I was asking questions when she was trying to help others? Now I know why there are OVER 20 ONE STAR REVIEWS that ALL CITE DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. I NEVER interrupted her! I WAS NEVER RUDE! I have a feeling the person who wrote that IS THE RUDE WOMAN! All those 1 Stars ARE THEY ALL WRONG TOO? THEY ALL SAY YOU'RE RUDE! woman who works there is SO RUDE! She's very condescending as well. I was there yesterday, October 15, 2025 around 2:30 - 3pm with some Amazon returns. She must despise people that bring in Amazon returns because this is not the first time she's been incredibly rude to me. In fact, I've never complained on the multiple earlier occasions when she was rude. I just shrugged it off and figured she was having a bad day. However, if that's true, she's having a bad day ALL THE TIME! Firstly, when I was at the register with her, rather than speaking to me, she decided to take what sounded a lot like a personal call on her cell phone with the speaker on. She spoke loudly and annoyingly to the person on the other end demanding an $1800 check be sent to her. All the while, basically ignorant to the fact that I'm standing right in front of her. Two of my returns did not have a QR code and required printing of a label which I didn't know. She quickly dismissed me, shooing me away saying "those need a label printed" without giving me any further direction. I stepped aside and was trying to figure out the process through the Amazon app. I thought I'd try to use the machine they have there, but I don't know how to use it and the instructions are unclear. The machine just says scan here. Meanwhile, two ladies came in and they were up at the register with her. She must've known these people or something because she was so helpful to them. They needed to do something on a different machine behind me. I was still trying to figure out how to operate the machine in front of me. She could clearly see that I didn't know what I was doing because I'd been there for 10 minutes trying to figure it out. However, she REALLY wanted to help these other two ladies. She was yelling from the counter (while she had a customer at the counter) to the women behind me "Can you figure it out? I'll help you! I'll be right there! I'll walk you through it", she yelled over the person she was "waiting on" at the counter. I scanned whatever I thought I should, but my machine did not print out a label. I just kind of stood there, dumbfounded and feeling like an idiot. She came over to help these women and before she could walk away as she was totally pretending to ignore me, I asked politely, "Excuse me, how does this thing work? I scanned something, but it's not printing." to which she replied in an extremely condescending tone, "It's a scanner! Of course it's gonna scan whatever you put under it!!" Huh? That wasn't very helpful. Plus she was making me feel more stupid than I was already feeling. Then she yelled "You have to email it first!!" As if I'm supposed to know how to use this thing. Everybody already knows how to use these things right? It's totally obvious, right? No. There are NO specific directions anywhere near the machine and the clerk is yelling at me like I'm some kind of idiot while she fawns over two others going above and beyond to help them. I just left the store feeling totally bummed that Staples is no longer open for me to take my Amazon returns. I wish I could just go to Staples where the people working there were normal, but sadly it's not an option. I don't ever want to go back to this UPS store again, quite frankly and it's solely because of her rude behavior and yelling all over the store. She's a very mean lady. I hope she doesn't have any children because god forbid they don't know something and she's got to be the one to teach them!! Look out!!
