- DLDaniel LDec 13, 20251.0Unprofessional and poor customer service. An employee lost my application for a PO Box. The employee I spoke with named Juleigh informed me that I am the third person this has happened to within months. Further, the employee informed me I would need to come back in to the post office and give two forms of ID again for a PO Box I paid for and received the keys for already, over a month ago. This occured when I came in to check my mail at the PO Box, and received a paper in my PO Box from USPS that more information was needed from me. I was never notified my PO Box application was inactive even though I paid already and received the keys, so had I not come in to check my mail I would have had no way of knowing the PO Box application with my personal information was misplaced. The employee named Juleigh was berating and told me "mistakes happen" and that my application was never processed since it was lost. This is a federal post office, you can't just misplace someone's information multiple times. These occurrences are strange. Get it together!
