    Staples no longer carries computer parts or programs, they very rarely have anyone on the floor to help, and their prices are mostly higher than Amazon…why would I consider shopping there?

    Went into the store to print something off Mty phone for im not fast with the computer and the manager had no customer manners at all. I needed to download 1 paper off my phone and Josh the manger said he had no time to help me.He said if he help me it would cost me $15..l never been so insulted in my life l am a senior citizen and l had good reviews but now lm very upset.

    No assistants from anyone in the store and when you check out you have to go to the copy center, then out and around to exit the store. To bad it is the only choice close to me.
