- JMJulie MoserApr 4, 20261.0Worst post office! We have shipped several packages to our child deployed we were told to have the packages there by a certain date we had to pay $170 for 2 packages ! It arrived a week later then the date to him! Now last week same thing happened! Paid $70 to ship a package and was told the soonest would be 3 day, today is day 4 and it’s still in our area! It’s been in our area for 4 days and we paid $40 extra to have it there yesterday and now it won’t even be there till way after Easter! The staff are clueless and said they’ll talk to manager but don’t expect a refund! How is this right? We pay way more money to have a package delivered by a date and the date comes and the package is still in our area not even left the state yet in 4 days???? This is a scam taking people’s money to have things shipped quick and then not shipping it for days?? The price to ship things has gone up drastically but to charge us way more for a date and then don’t even ship it then?? So we paid $70 for a package that has sat in PA for 4 days ?? Supposed to be delivered by day 3!!! This is absurd and something needs to be done!
- JGJax and Sav GigiDec 30, 20251.0I have spent two days trying to track down a package the postal carrier marked as “sending back to sender due to incomplete address undeliverable”. The address is complete, accurate which I confirmed with both the sender and the main 800# for USPS. I have called this post office 8 times letting the phone ring 20+ times until it disconnects on its own and no one answers the phone trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately I can’t get to the post office in person due to working a hour away. The mail services in Pottstown has really gone downhill.
