- JGJaxs GigiDec 30, 20251.0I have spent two days trying to track down a package the postal carrier marked as “sending back to sender due to incomplete address undeliverable”. The address is complete, accurate which I confirmed with both the sender and the main 800# for USPS. I have called this post office 8 times letting the phone ring 20+ times until it disconnects on its own and no one answers the phone trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately I can’t get to the post office in person due to working a hour away. The mail services in Pottstown has really gone downhill.

Then marks the undelivered items as Animal interference, I have a dog who is in my house secure so I am confused as to what the issue is. Always a new mailman and just as lazy as the previous one. I guess they just pick and choose what houses receive mail , even have ring camera footage of the mailman walking passed my house and not making any attempts to deliver mail. Horrible service for such an important job.

Package was set out for delivery at 6:10 am and at 9 pm it still hasn't arrived. What's the point in providing a time frame for delivery if it's just well being it when we want. 4 items were supposed to arrive today as on 9 pm no mail or package delivered.
