- LSLenny Scarnato3 days ago2.0At other locations when you walk in people at least say hello and greet you. I've used this location plenty of times and every time I come in it's the same two employees. They never say hello. They never ask if you need help. They look down at their phones or book and don't acknowledge you. I use the self-help kiosk most of the time anyway, but that is always full and overflowing with boxes like they are too busy too empty it. So I wind up walking over the counter and handing it to the employee anyway. Most of the time the person just looks at me and says you can just sit it down on the counter. I tried to avoid this location if at all possible.
