- JGJim GrimmFeb 5, 20265.0I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience when interacting with any post office or government entity, but the people who work at this location couldn’t have been any nicer and more helpful regarding my situation. To me, the interaction with this location and the people who work here was a prime example of how business should be conducted (and this was over multiple interactions over a few week period).

- CWCrystal WyattOct 31, 20231.0I called to discuss issue I had with a picture package I received in the mail. It was bent up like it was attempted to be put in the mailbox. I was hoping to hear that the manager would have a discussion with mail carrier but she said immediately that it can not be the carriers fault. The fact she said that is crazy. There could be many reasons my pictures were extremely bent. However you can't say it wasn't the carriers fault when you don't know for sure. After I told the lady I was going to make a Google review, she laughed at me and said it's a government building. I told her reviews still matter. Then after I told her that, she decided to say I'm threatening her. Saying I'm going to make a Google review isn't a threat to cause anyone harm. This lady was very rude and I'm embarrassed to have her working for the portersville post office. I will go elsewhere to ship anything.
