- NGNick GrzeczkowskiNov 13, 20251.0Returns all of my mail to sender, when the correct address is marked. I've been trying to resolve this for a year and a half, staff tells me they are looking into it then I again get a notification that important mail has been returned to sender. Every time I try calling while they are open, I need to repeatedly call 10-15+ times to get someone to pickup, and even after waiting for someone to pick up for that long, most of the time no-one picks up. When someone does pick up or I stop by in person, they say they will look into and resolve it, but they don't. I'd like to add Mike has been great to work with whenever I've been there in person, but this issue is absolutely not ok.

Although they closed from 12-1:30 for lunch we went at 2 the MANAGER was still on lunch and aparently is the only one with access. The next day he went back at 3 she left for the day. Today I went in at 2:45 and she wouldnt accept my lease because it wasnt notarized… I have never had a lease notarized but okay.. I showed them the temporary liscense from the DMV with a new address and my current liscense she wouldnt even look at it. 5 visits and i still dont have access to my own mail box… I have lived at the address for almost a month now

I get there, they can’t find my package, “maybe last name is different “ What does that matter when I gave you my PO Box? “We can call you later when. We find it” Obviously it was found twice if it was scanned twice. Incompetence at disappointingly high levels. Wish I could rate a zero or just get mail to my house direct.

- DDdbFeb 16, 20175.0Not sure what the other person's problem is with staff at this Post Office. I have always been greeted with a smile by very helpful staff and would not go anywhere else! I have on occasion witnessed them being harassed by customers who are extremely rude and obnoxious. This is not acceptable behavior and I believe the people that wright negative comments are the ones that go into the Post Office and give the employees a hard time.
