  I had a less-than-ideal experience with this company. It seemed that their priority was steering me towards properties they preferred to sell rather than genuinely focusing on my preferences and needs. Fortunately, I decided to work with a different company, which was more aligned with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for property-related services.

  We had an extremely disappointing experience with E & E Settlement Services. They caused unnecessary problems during the process of selling our land, creating delays and complications without providing any valid reasons. Their lack of professionalism and transparency made an already stressful process even more difficult. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. Avoid them if you want a smooth transaction!

  Worst experience with a title company and title agent ever. Got referred from a wholesaler that claimed they’re good. Little response, never returned my calls on cell or office. My client is very unhappy. Will never recommend this title company to any of my clients. Steer clear of E&E Settlement.

  The best settlement in title company that I had ever had the pleasure to work with they are polite respectful hard-working family-owned business I love and respect every single person in this company. They treat you like family and a had come my family

  Not only did they help me find the house I wanted but they help me get into the house I wanted walking me through each step along the way. When any thing arose to delay us they were contacting me with new plans to move forward however I felt comfortable with. They're realtors that are real, genuine people that want make sure you feel at home when you're buying you're house; as a first time buyer I need that. Jon Santiago was always checking in and always honest about where things were in the process and made me feel a part of the process allowing me to make some decisions on what I wanted in the house as they were working on it. Couldn't have asked for a better result than my beautiful new house!
