Filthy! There are bugs EVERYWHERE. Spiderwebs, dirty and stained windows, cobwebs, sticky door handles, etc. The place itself is BARELY open, making it hard for working families who rely on postage to get mail. I can’t believe I have to schedule my day around a post office visit just because they close right as everyone gets out of work. It’s completely unfair in my opinion. Their closing times are terrible, just go somewhere else…

Used to be a regular at this post office. I go in one day and the lady working takes my stack of 20+ envelopes doesn’t even bother looking at them or giving them stamps and throws them in the box behind her. I asked her afterward if the envelopes were taken care of. She answers that they were taken care of. And I check my total and see that stamps were paid for. Fast forward 2 days later I get a stack of envelopes in the mail with postage due on every single one. It’s the same pile I handed to her. None of which had a single stamp on them. Will not be going back ever again due to sheer amount of laziness that is employed. She should be lucky I don’t ask her to pay the postage due. ($3+/envelope) x 20+. That’s at least $60...

One of the men working here, when I called to ask about package delivery, was extraordinarily rude. A simple "sorry, USPS doesn't deliver in Pocono Pines" is enough. He instead very aggressively told me not to order packages for delivery in Pocono Pines and lecturing me on the ins and outs of who was and wasn't allowed to get a PO Box.
