Filthy! There are bugs EVERYWHERE. Spiderwebs, dirty and stained windows, cobwebs, sticky door handles, etc. The place itself is BARELY open, making it hard for working families who rely on postage to get mail. I can’t believe I have to schedule my day around a post office visit just because they close right as everyone gets out of work. It’s completely unfair in my opinion. Will not be going back ever again due to sheer amount of laziness that is employed. She should be lucky I don’t ask her to pay the postage due. ($3+/envelope) x 20+. That’s at least $60...

One of the men working here, when I called to ask about package delivery, was extraordinarily rude. A simple "sorry, USPS doesn't deliver in Pocono Pines" is enough. He instead very aggressively told me not to order packages for delivery in Pocono Pines and lecturing me on the ins and outs of who was and wasn't allowed to get a PO Box.
