- NUNelson UchihaJun 19, 20231.0Worst post office I’ve ever been to they never deliver my packages or my mail I lost out on money because of them. On top of that I walk in the place at 10 their supposed to be open and the gate is closed. Very unprofessional.
- DDDrake DeletesFeb 27, 20221.0Doesn't take packages, packages instantly get returned because staff do not want to hold them or deal with them. They do not want to do their jobs. They will be a smart aleck to you if you ask them why they aren't accepting packages regardless of being a post office.
- BBBrigidJun 26, 20211.0It really pains me to write a poor review but the actions of the employees of this post office warrant a very poor review. I was located in Arrowhead for 9 months. Completed the change of address and was told to use a PO Box. Changed all my bills to this address only to be berated at the post office window. I was yelled at that the PO Box # I was using hasn’t been in use since the 1990s. Ok but I was given that address to use, your anger didn’t go unheard but it was misdirected. Also this Post Office sent my mail back with address unknown, forwarded my mail to other people’s addresses out of state, sent legal documents back to the state of PA with address unknown on the envelope. When I inquired about this I was told mistakes happen. Apparently mistake and rather repeated mistakes happen every day. This is one aspect of the Poconos I don’t miss.
- RIRonald Reynolds IMay 21, 20181.0In a word... incompetent. There is no attention to detail from this location. We were given a "key" in our regular mail box along with our mail. This "key" is used to retrieve "larger packages" from designated larger boxes located outside our community facility/office at Arrowhead Lake. We were provided with a key that did not open the larger box as indicated on the number written on the key ring; however it did open a different larger box than had a completely different number. We discovered this by trying the key with some of the other large mailboxes,.. because as we suspected, maybe we were given the wrong key. We understand that accidents do occur on occasion, however this is NOT the first time we've had problems with this Postal location. Some of the employees there are very short with you, and completely rude. I called and spoke to them about this issue, and was abruptly told with a very nonchalant attitude "okay we'll look into it and try to fix it,... with NO apology offered or given. This review had to be written because enough is enough, and something has to be done about this location. In addition to this review, we are filing an official complaint with the postal service.
