  I had a great experience at the FedEx Office & Print Shop on Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. We’re working with a client who recently relocated to a very remote area, and dependable shipping is critical. While FedEx may not always be the least expensive option, it has consistently proven to be the most reliable for time-sensitive documents. I needed to quickly prepare a system for sending and receiving documents, including pre-labeled envelopes for immediate use and extras for future needs. Melissa was incredibly helpful throughout the process—she guided me on the best way to package everything, made sure the labels and pouches were set up correctly, and ensured we had a smooth return process in place. The level of support and attention to detail from Melissa and the entire staff made a big difference. Highly recommend this location if you need professional, reliable service done right the first time.

  I had an unbelievably bad experience at this FedEx drop-off location. The entire process that should have taken less than two minutes somehow turned into a frustrating ordeal. The employee behind the counter acted like helping customers was the last thing they wanted to be doing. I was barely greeted, and when I asked a simple question about my package, I got a sigh and a one-word answer. The place itself looked disorganized and messy, like nobody had bothered to clean or straighten anything in days. There was a line forming while the staff moved at a painfully slow pace, and no one seemed interested in making the process smoother. I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Dropping off a package is supposed to be one of the easiest errands you can run, but this location somehow managed to make it stressful and unpleasant. If you have literally any other option, I’d strongly recommend using it instead of this place.

  Big thank you to Dave and his team for their excellent service and professionalism. I came in on a Saturday at 4:30pm with 25 letters to send out and he handled the order politely and professionally and got everything competed in 30 minutes. This was a great help because before this the FedEx ship center in Montgomeryville, PA refused the order saying that it would take hours to process. Thanks Dave!

  Customer service person was very friendly and helpful at the Plymouth Meeting location. He made my shipping my package a breeze.
