    I recently visited this location to complete my annual project. I usually go to Ardmore, but their cutting machine was out of order. In a bit of a panic, I called the Plymouth Meeting location, and Alex, who answered the phone, told me to come right in. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy, and Alex greeted me right away with a smile. He was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and immediately put me at ease. He explained that my job would only take about 15 minutes, so I could either wait or come back. I decided to grab lunch across the street, and when I returned about 20 minutes later, my project was finished and ready to go. This location is fantastic, and Alex’s outstanding customer service made the experience stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back here next year!

    I was just treated so rudely at this store, I still can't quite believe it. They messed up my print order - a tiny, trivial thing that could have been fixed in ten minutes. Instead of fixing it, the guy argued with me about whose fault it was (definitely not his!!), and when I got upset, he told me to go somewhere else, and threw my order in the trash. I am not kidding. He threw my order in the trash can. I still can't quite believe it. I put in a complaint with FedEx customer service, and who knows if I will get any response to that, but what the hell, FedEx?? Do better.
