- DPDer-Ral PattersonApr 4, 20261.0I would completely avoid getting a P.O. Box at this location! 2 days in a row it said that my package was delivered to my P.O. Box but for the 2nd day in a row, it wasn’t there. There was no way to contact anyone today due to them being closed at 1pm today. It’s frustrating and unprofessional on their part to scan it and not put it where it needs to be.

And I call many different offices to get my refund and a box,s send it to and come back to me, 2 times the tell me due to what's going on and overseas, your package can be sand and it was 308.20 dollars All said can note got the money back. I fill up the form. For refand and d set cannot be refund. I would like to find like a solution. I They call the customer service all phone call.There was zero helping.
- SSSMHMar 23, 20261.0My package just sat in Pittsburgh for 4 days. And then instead of sending it from Pittsburgh to New castle where it's supposed to go, they sent it to McDonald PA. I could have trained a pigeon to come and get my package and deliver it to me before the post office is actually going to. This is not the first time that a package of mine arrived in Pittsburgh and then they sent it someplace it had no business being. Between USPS, FedEx, and UPS we're doomed.

Its ALWAYS out of service...ALWAYS! Its not that hard to keep the machine working...so what's the issue? DO BETTER! Yall damn sure charge enough to keep things working!
