I’ve no idea why patrons are so ill-tempered in line or in their reviews. The folks at the Crafton P.O. not only put up with a lot, but they do so with patience. Moreover, for us, they have helped make our new neighborhood home.

A package of mine was marked as “Delivered,” yet I never received it. When I contacted USPS, the first agent was helpful and explained the steps I needed to take. However, the follow‑up experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I received a call from another agent who informed me that, after their investigation, they could not determine where my package was delivered. I politely asked her to email me documentation of this finding—something I was specifically instructed to request so my claim wouldn’t be denied. She assured me she would send it, but I never received anything. Because she failed to send the required documentation, my claim was denied. This shows a lack of accountability and follow‑through from the Pittsburgh West USPS team. When customers are already dealing with the frustration of a lost package, the least we should receive is honest communication and proper documentation. I hope management reviews this situation and improves the professionalism and reliability of their customer service. No customer should have to chase down information that USPS promises to provide.
