- MWMeghan WuycheckMar 19, 20263.0I’ve been using this post office for years without issue, mainly because it’s open an hour later than the other offices in the area (I work full time and send out my small business orders after working hours). Unfortunately, I’ve had a few negative experiences recently involving an employee named Dennis. Yesterday I arrived at 5:45pm, 15 minutes prior to closing. I ran out of packing tape that I usually keep in my vehicle and planned to buy more in store. The shopping area had been closed off and locked early, and I asked if I could purchase a roll of packing tape to secure the labels to my packages. Dennis looked at me like I was crazy and explained that he already locked that area. I asked if they had any tape behind the desk that I could use if I wasn’t able to purchase my own, to which he responded “we don’t have anything like that here”. I was unable to send the six packages that I had driven across town because he was unwilling to be helpful in the slightest. He seems genuinely inconvenienced by customers, and it’s a shame that what used to be a friendly environment is now tense and uncomfortable.
