- RPRayvaughn PleuDec 9, 20251.0Refused to deliver my package to my house because its 30kg. They instead left a slip in my door, they didn't even knock or ring my door bell. The slip said they tried to deliver it, which they didn't, and when I called customer service they said they couldn't even find it in the system which usually means you have to pick it up yourself at the office. I called the local office several times and the people at the office never answered. The office is open mon-fri from 8am to 5pm. I swear to God I don't understand how some people even have jobs.
