- WKWill KozApr 3, 20261.0I came in with an envelope, postage already paid. The guy told me it wasn't enough postage and I would have to pay the difference. I said fine. He then told me I couldn't use the envelope because it would be a parcel because it wouldn't fit in the sorting machine. So he made me buy a new envelope that was the same size, purchase postage and then proceeded to tell me it also wouldn't fit through the machine and would have to be hand sorted and there was a small fee for that. So I asked why couldn't I just use the original envelope with the postage that was already paid and he said well you could have. THEN WHY MAKE ME BUY THE NEW ENVELOPE AND SAME POSTAGE THAT WAS ALREADY PURCHASED?!? So I ended up paying for double postage, double envelopes and double hand sorting fee when I could have just kept the stuff in the original envelope and just paid the 49 additional cents. I ended up paying more than if I just put the content in a flat rate box, I am so pissed. I swear the world gets dumber every day.
