  NEVER have your UPS deliveries sent to Staples in Robinson Township. I had 2 cell phones delivered there and one of the employees. Opened them activated them and had the redirected to a trailer park in Jacksonville FLA. can’t make this stuff up.

  Amazon returns are now processed in the main checkout lines. It takes FOREVER. We tried to drop off a UPS shipment and nobody acknowledged or waited on us. As a result, we had to drive to a UPS facility that was out of the way. It is now a major inconvenience to deal with Staples for Amazon or UPS.

  All employees were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. No matter how busy they are they take the time out to tend to your needs in a timely manner. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

  We went in to get our game cards printed for a party. Bernie was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back for all my stationary and printing needs.
