  Their employee Lindsey is a disservice to job seekers and the company. Sherri participates in gatekeeping, this is not only against the law but it will eventually lead them to having a lawsuit for discrimination. From the first conversation she was ready to decline me and tell me I wasn’t a good fit for their services without even knowing any information about me (This is a temp agency how can someone not be a good fit when you aren’t even offering guaranteed work). She asked if I had professional references I said yes. We had a meeting on teams and due to issues on her organization’s end the meeting did not allow me to access it. It said I didn’t have permission. I use teams weekly with other organizations with no problem but she tried to act like it was a tech problem on my end. She lied and said she would reach out to me to reschedule and never did. I emailed her to follow-up and my email was ignored. I rescheduled a meeting with another location and the other lady didn’t even show up to the meeting. I do NOT recommend them. Please look elsewhere.

  Working with Robert Half has truly been a remarkable experience for me, and a big part of that was thanks to my recruiter, Megan. She helped me land a role at a time when it felt nearly impossible to even get an interview. I did face some challenges with the client I was placed with—none of which were Robert Half’s fault, nor could they have been predicted. However, throughout it all, Megan was incredibly supportive. She took time out of her day just to let me vent, reassured me that I could reach out anytime, and genuinely made me feel heard and valued. Because of her kindness and dedication, I chose to stick with the position, and I’m really glad I did. Megan also advocated on my behalf and successfully negotiated higher pay, which was a much-appreciated bonus. As someone who has worked for a recruiting agency myself, I can honestly say that Robert Half sets a much higher standard than I’ve seen anywhere else when it comes to professionalism, care, and follow-through. I will always be grateful for Megan’s support and the opportunity she helped me achieve.

  I've been registered with this agency for quite some time (it was recommended by my career counsellor to do so) and I can say it has gotten bad. Every time it would get worse I would register with a different agency and not have the same problem. Some would have the SAME or similar positions [fortune500s can afford it right?]. My current recruiter, with RobertHalf, told me I was not a good fit for the job after He emails me the job saying I'm a great fit. We talk, suddenly I'm not; and I'm not blowing it. (Guessing he's using me to make his numbers look good to management. i'm being patient we all got jobs - i get it) ONLY the day before I was informed by a recent hire and former (daughter/mother - i met while running an errand) employee of said Co to apply- that they'd love me. I did - I get an email and interview for it the next day FOR THE SAME JOB. THIS IS NOT AN EMOTIONAL RESPONSE! This is a series of events detailing my very recent experience with Robert Half. Being able to give context to concepts, condense, and report, it's a great skill to have and, as i STATED, this has been going on FOR MONTHS. How much does this behavior cost a company; by keeping workers out of work? it isn't just me getting stuck. That cost ultimately translate into a new fee or increase the poor already can't afford. My emotional response is, in short - Worker Shortage, REALLY?
