  I recently drove a family member to the PeopleReady location to help them update their profile and get back to work. What stood out immediately was the level of professionalism and genuine care from the staff especially the one male employee working at the time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk my family member through the process without any frustration or judgment. When we ran into issues with the app, he didn’t brush it off he leaned in and found a workaround to make sure everything got completed properly. What really made the experience meaningful was how he treated us with fairness, respect, and zero bias. In a time where that can’t always be assumed, it mattered. Because of him, what could have been a stressful visit turned into a smooth and positive experience. PeopleReady needs more employees like this.

  Came here for what I thought was an in-person job interview that I found on Indeed but it turned out to just be a local hiring event instead. I suspect that someone on PeopleReady’s end either accidentally or perhaps even purposefully posted this fake job online and they barely even addressed it when I brought it up to them at the counter which was frustrating to say the least. If these agencies want to post about their own hiring events then that’s perfectly fine but I ultimately wasted my time here because the information they gave me beforehand was completely incorrect and there was never an interview at all. It certainly didn’t help either with how long and convoluted of a process using their app was along with the fact that there seems to barely be any work available through it in the first place.

  I sometimes get jobs with the Pittsburgh branch. Soon I will be living closer so I will be using them more. They are cool and helpfully and understanding.
