I went a few miles away to East Liberty instead and they took my package. You unfortunately can’t call the store directly to ask ahead of time if they take ground because you get the corporate number.

Was told there is a logistics problem at that facility and that my package cannot be delivered until it is resolved. So I asked if I could could pick it up from the facility (that's only 15min away from my house). I was told "not possible" and was hung up on.
