- RRRyan RMar 31, 20261.0Absolutely awful experience. Used this location to ship a small package using FedEx express (two day delivery) which was pricey. One day later, I receive a notification that the package became “damaged” and was marked “undeliverable.” After speaking with a rep over the phone, I was told that they were sending the package back to me and after that I would be able to file a claim for a refund of the shipping cost + any damages to item I sent. The box arrived back to me the next day and sure enough, it was crushed and somehow wet. The best part: FedEx denied my claim and stated that I didn’t seal the box correctly which “contributed” to the damage, meanwhile the employees at this location helped me seal and send it in the first place! The store will not even issue me a shipping cost refund for something that was paid for and not delivered. NEVER using FedEx or this location for anything again for as long as I can avoid them.
