- AMAmber MillsJan 7, 20251.0I had a package that required a signature and after filling out the slip that was in my mail box I haven't received anything in my informed delivery or in the mail. I have tried for over a week to call so I can see if I can just pick up the package since it isn't being delivered and I either get a busy line or that it is no longer in service. How is this possible? My phone recognizes the phone number as USPS #412 359 7859. I don't want to waste my time to show up if the package isn't there but I don't see another option if I cannot get people on the phone. It appears that several people have had this issue for a while now. I would like to know why it has not been fixed.
