They don't seem to care or even try to read the address on people packages & just dropped the in any building mail room that they want too. My wife thought they lost her package or got stolen a week later we found it in one of the other building mail room with a huge cut in it. I been seeing packages that supposed to be delivered to other buildings mail room but ended up in my mail room. Then I have to played mailman & make sure they get delivered to the right buildings. This is very disrespectful & very unprofessional for a mail carrier to be doing. Plus when calling to the upper saint clair post office to make a complaint. They dont bother to pick up the phone. It really feel like those who work there dont seem to care about the job at all
