And both times she was very rude, mean, and made me feel stupid for not knowing every little detail of how the USPS works. I will never return to this location for assistance. She needs to find a job where she doesn't interact with people.

Most recently, I mistakenly taped up a box that wasn't a flat rate box. The lady behind the counter couldn't be bothered to offer any help and later charged me $4 extra because I taped the box and no longer needed it. Shows a complete lack of care for the customers. Pay the difference and ship with a private company that actually cares.
