I'm convinced this is why the Postal Service is in such rough shape all over the country. There is ZERO accountability even when calling the 1800 line to try and get ahold of these people at the local office.

The woman that works at the counter now is one of the rudest, most condescending, and unhelpful employees I've ever encountered anywhere. This woman belongs no where near a customer facing position. She will be on her cell phone when you walk in and make you wait. She will have personal conversations with those she people she personally knows that come in, and treat every other customer in between terribly. She doesn't care to help with questions or concerns about details on shipping items, or mail. I've seen her talk down to nearly every customer she encounters, and is just generally unpleasant. I hope this review finds the right person at USPS and they talk to her about her attitude, because it's truly unacceptable.
