- MSMichael StrattonMay 27, 20251.0One time I had an envelope to mail to somebody's PO box located inside this location, so I dropped it into the lobby slot. I believe that's proper procedure, should be no different than dropping it in a blue bin outside. It had the correct postage and address and everything, but I guess mailing it to a PO box in the same building as the drop slot really confused the staff at this location. It took about a month to get to the PO box and had a bunch of writing on it, as if a postal detective had to get involved and tell the clueless employees at this location how to do their jobs. Another time I went in to buy stamps and the lady was super cold towards me. I don't know what these branch employees are paid but frankly any amount is too much for a useless employee like her. I've met unpaid volunteers with better attitudes.
