- RRRobDec 31, 20251.0I Got here at 204pm walked up to the counter for him to tell me that I need to leave because they are closed.. I’m already at the counter the door is unlocked and I can’t buy a money order? It says you close at 5. Plus I recently had a separate issue. I will be going somewhere else for now on . I don’t like how they do things here. very ignorant, you could have sold me a money order it takes 2 seconds
- DMDebbie MilliernDec 10, 20251.0So I ordered a package about two weeks ago and to make a long story short the post office claims that they delivered my package last night at 7:45pm. Went to retrieve the package and it wasn't there. Usually they put the package in my mailbox or between my screen door and door so that it is safe. There was no package. So I went to call the Mt. Oliver post office and no one answered and I let it ring for over two minutes. Why would you deliver my package after 7pm anyway? I have ordered from the same company over half a dozen times and my package was delivered all the other times in the afternoon. So why couldn't you hold my package til today to deliver it. Never had a problem with any package delivery in the 20+ years I have lived in the borough. It would be nice if people would just answer the telephone I mean I'm the customer here.

Keith at the counter was super nice and helpful, offered me suggestions to get the best rates without compromising the delivery time. At the end the saving was miniscule but his goodwill went a long way.

But I went in here at 9am today and tried to ship something that I sold on Poshmark, and the guy behind the counter was highly rude and unpleasant. I had been nothing but nice and I even made a joke about being the first one in (at 9:02am and they open at 9am). He was absolutely miserable and didn’t help me in any way. I didn’t know the process of shipping with Poshmark and he made me feel so uncomfortable and like he just wanted me to get out of there. He made me tape up my own box and I was shaking because I could t get the tape to work. So instead of trying to help me he stood there and stared at me for 5 minutes watching me nervously struggle even after I asked if he had scissors I could use to cut the tape since I couldn’t figure out the machine. He didn’t tell me to move over or anything and instead he helped 3 other customers OVERTOP of me. My keys and purse were on the counter and he just helped people literally overtop of all my stuff. He consistently rolled his eyes at me and snickered while I struggled with the box. It really ruined my day and I think this person should not be allowed to work in a customer service position. I can’t imagine being rude to a stranger for no reason at all. People have things going on behind the scenes and interactions like this can absolutely ruin peoples days.
