I try not to go to this post office because the man who works there is completely unreliable. The post office is supposed to open at 10am, and there have been times where he was just opening the office AFTER 10am. Also, I just went up during my quick lunch break and the office was open, but he was NO WHERE to be found. I rang the bell and waited a few minutes to see if he would appear. ALWAYS disappointed in this location and it is a shame because it is near my workplace and it is convenient. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO SPEND MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK DRIVING TO THE GREEN TREE LOCATION INSTEAD SO I CAN GET MY PACKAGES SENT.

The young woman that works there named Haley, could not have been more of an outstanding customer service postal worker. She was so kind and so helpful to me when trying to mail off a package because I had trouble with another package I had created a week prior that arrived terribly damaged and cost me a lot of money to replace the item inside. There should be more people like Haley in this world!

Today I came to the store around 1pm. Because I have 4 international packages to ship out, so when everything was done it was 2:15pm already.(the store close at 2, so the door was locked). I needed to call a Uber to go back home and it was very cold and heavily snowing outside, so I ask the employee whether I can wait inside the store until my Uber comes. At first the employee said the store is closing the employees need to go home, so I said don't worry if you leave before my Uber comes I will leave as well. And then he just kept saying store is closed there is nothing they can do and also ask me "why can't you just wait outside", When he said that he also point his finger to the heavy snow outside the door. Before I left, he said there is money inside the store so it is not safe for them if I wait inside.(There is doors and glass windows so there is no way that I can walk into their working area, and there were three big male employees in the store. I can't see what harm could a small asian girl like me do to them.) So I left and wait outside in the snow, very cold and very sad. The security guy for the store was nice and came outside twice to ask me how long did it take for my Uber to come. After waiting outside for about 15 minutes my Uber finally came, and the USPS employees were still in the store and haven't went home yet by that time. I could tell they were very impatient from their face and the way they talk to me while they were still working on my packages, because they want to go home early but my 4 packages took them a long time. (They locked the door before 2pm, when a customer came exactly at 2pm and trying to simply drop off a box, they would not open the door to take the box. ) Maybe they have a very strict policy of not letting customer stay inside after business is done under what so ever situation. I hope this is the case, because I would feel super sad and disappointed if they are just simply don't care.

So far the postal workers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've never had a problem going to this location, besides their limited hours. I'd advise anyone interested in trying this branch to look up their hours first because they close earlier than other branches.
