Visited this location today. After reading bad reviews I was expecting a rude personal at the counter but instead I met a friendly welcoming guys. Special thanks to Jonathan at the desk who was extremely helpful and patient. 10 stars if possible

The website and hours posted on the door for the window are they open at 8 am M-F. I arrived there at 8:02 and the door was locked. There were employees in the building but no one came to open the doors. I waited for 20 minutes and had to leave to get to work on time. I just wanted to make sure I had enough postage on the large envelope I was sending. But instead I put what I hoped to be enough stamps on the letter and sent it on its way!

The post office always gets a bad wrap but the Blawnox location is fast, efficient and friendly. The desk staff is great and I really appreciate Alex’s work in responding to customer’s questions and getting stuff dobe

Rude staff. Went to drop off documents for a passport. They told me I had to make an appointment which is fine. But then they said appointments are only available from 10-3. They do know people have to work right? Guess not. They told me to take a day off work to come to an appointment to have a lady fill out a section of this passport application that would take less than 15 minutes. Ridiculous. So I made an appointment online and sent my husband in on his lunch break. They told him that he didn't complete his appointment information (it never prompted us to complete anything additional) and they said this happens all the time. Obviously indicating an issue with the system and how they set up appointments. My husband said he would come back another time and was patient with them. The lady said "guess I'll just eat a cold lunch and squeeze you in." There is obviously no customer service standards here. Why do they get to treat customers like this?
